Understanding your rights and responsibilities as a Jobos user

Jobos.in is intended only to serve as a preliminary medium of contact and exchange of information for its users / members / visitors who have a bona fide intention to contact and/or be contacted for the purposes related to genuine existing job vacancies and for other career enhancement services.

Protect your personal information by never providing social security, credit card or bank account numbers to prospective employers.

These are the Terms of Use (“Terms”) under which all job seekers, employers or other users (“You”) may use the Jobos Site and the Services (each as defined below). These Terms include the Jobos Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between You and People Resource Management and are deemed accepted by You each time that You use or access any Jobos Site or Jobos.in Services. If You do not accept the Terms stated here, do not use the Jobos Sites and the Jobos.in Services.

The Jobos Sites are defined as any Web sites under Jobos’s control, whether partial or otherwise (including, without limitation, Jobos.in, and the Web site from which these terms of use were accessed from) and include the Jobos.in Services. The Jobos.in Services are defined as the applications and services offered by Jobos, including an on-line service to post and search employment opportunities and any mobile application or other interface that allows You to access such application (collectively, “Jobos Services”). The Jobos Sites also allow users (“Users”) to create individual profiles, which may include personal information (“Profiles”), and to make these Profiles, or aspects thereof, public.  In addition, Jobos may collect information about You from publicly-available websites and may use this information to create a Profile or append it to an existing Profile.

Jobos may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this URL. You should visit this URL periodically to review the most current Terms because they are binding on You.

Users who violate these Terms may have their access and use of the Jobos Sites suspended or terminated, at Jobos’s discretion.
