Job Description

Junior HR Executive Job role includes but is not limited to below:

  • Onboarding and Induction of new hires.
  • Employee Data Collection.
  • Background Verification.
  • Verifying salary slips, ID proofs, relieving letters etc.
  • Issuing and getting cybersecurity documents signed.
  • Preparing and issuing offer letters, salary structure, and NDAs.
  • Respond to employees’ questions about benefits and leaves or any other day-to-day queries.
  • Assist in organizing team-building activities.
  • Assist team in handling mails and couriers.
  • Assis in developing training and onboarding material.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by the department.
  • Maintaining personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests in our HRMS tool.
  • Employee Database Management.

Qualification & Requirements for HR Executive

  • Work experience 1-2 years as an HR.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Experience using MS Office
  • Organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Postgraduate in Human Resources Management or relevant field

We are looking for an HR to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

Office Location: Remote/Pune/Bangalore candidates preferred

Work Timing: 2:30 PM IST to 11:30 PM IST (might vary as per requirements)

Location
