Responsibilities of Consumables Quality – Manager
- Handling of customer complaints related to welding application.
- Welding inspection and testing Performance of FG
- Product approvals from Third Party
- Maintenance of statistical data and analysis & other related issues for improvements
- Mechanical inspection and testing of FG
- Release incoming materials under deviations subject to approval from Dept. Hd. (TDC)
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
- Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
- IMS Compliance
