Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR MANAGER
- Undertake end-to-end recruitment
- Sourcing applications through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails
- Conduct interviews of shortlisted candidates, and conduct entire hiring process
- Undertaking employee onboarding and exit process and formalities
- Handle employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention;
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU:
- Have 2+ years of experience in Recruitment/Hiring/Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources
- You are a self-starter and enjoy collaboration with others
- You have a constant desire to grow and develop
- You are comfortable in a high-paced environment and can respond to urgent requests
