About the Team

The City Logistics team is primarily responsible for the First Mile, Last Mile & Reverse Pickups for Ekart Supply Chain [Non-Large]. Within CL team there is an Externalization team who is focused to serve external clients and provide them end to end solutions for supply chain. About the Role

The purpose of this job role is to lead the end-to-end supply chain (First Mile, Last Mile and Customer Experience team) for Externalization shipments – centrally, to ensure best in class customer experience. This role requires to have frequent interaction with clients, maintaining supply chain metrices ensure monthly reconciliation. The role requires a dynamic individual with proven leadership pedigree and expertise in stakeholder management.

KRAs :

  • Take end-to- end responsibility of ensuring Pick Up adherence
  • To connect with Ground PH/FE on real time in case of any Tech issue or blockers.
  • To Monitor PH-MH connections as per profiling and raise alarm in case of any deviation.
  • To make sure that all shipments are getting processed and connected as per LRT.
  • To monitor >24 hrs pendency and close all concerns/tickets at the earliest.
  • To monitor conversion rate on D0 and NDR status as per aligned SOPs
  • To connect with DHs in case of pendency/drop in D0 conversion rate.
  • To monitor the >48 hrs return pendency at asset level and connect with RSC/MH/PHs to clear it on real time.
  • To get the shipment lifecycle closed before 30 days.
  • To monitor fake attempts and sellers reject/dispute on forward as well as reverse leg.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders & support functions and identify/implement actions towards reduction of return life cycle and in-transit damages.
  • eKart POC for Clients’ SPOC.
