Job Description
HR Manager are responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of an organization. They recruit new employees according to specifications set out in a strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities of HR Manager
1) Preparation of SOP
2) Training Need Analysis and Training Plans
3) PMS & Appraisal Process
4) General Policies implementation
5) Defining JD, KRA, KPI
6) Reports on Monthly review meeting
7) Statutory (PF,ESI,PT, LWF, Factory Act) – Documentation and returns
8) Preparation of Calendar
9) Assist employees with questions about benefits, including leave policies, and coordinate open enrolment periods.
10) Conduct/assist with investigations of employee complaints or concerns and people management.
11) Reference check of new employees.
12) Preparing Various MIS reports related to HR.
13) Orientation of new Joiners.
