Sr. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks.

Key Responsibilities of Sr. HR Recruiter:

1. Shall responsible to report HR Manager and in absence of Office manager report to Managing Directors.
2. Shall responsible for recruitment according to MRF.
3. Shall responsible to make salary structure of selected candidates.
4. Shall responsible for ERP enrolment of new joinees.
5. Shall responsible for introduction of new joinees with company staffs.
6. Shall responsible to induction of new joinees.
7. Shall responsible for disciplinary actions.
8. Shall responsible for Biometric registration of new joinees.
9. Shall responsible for Exit interviews of resigned employees.
10.Shall responsible for Full & final settlement of resigned employees.
