IT-ERP Executive: Job Description
- Managing the Retail ERP including POS and other Store Applications across 18+ Stores across the state.
- Setting up the POS and other applications at New Stores.
- Managing upgrades and migration to new hardware at existing stores.
- Managing training of new joiners.
- Monitoring support tickets and ensuring timely resolution.
- Conducting UAT of enhancements and new modules in the applications.
- Creating requirement documents and end user training content.
- Managing Master Data such as Items, Vendors, Pricing and Promotions, etc.
- Generating Reports for the use of stakeholders.
- Coordination with ERP Vendor
Skills and Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Ability to write SQL queries.
- Good Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc) skills.
- Retail POS operations (SOD/EOD, Masters, Promotions) exposure needed.
- Learning attitude
- Experience on any Indian ERP or Talley ERP or Retail POS Support would be preferred.
