Job Description of Mechanical Manager / Engineer :

Plant Availability:

  • Plan, organize and monitor maintenance activities for optimum plant availability in Cement Mill as per the targets to meet production requirement.
  • Roller Press for Cement Mills
  • Ball Mill for Cement Grinding
  • Slag Mill Polycom for slag grinding , Maintenance , operation knowledge.
  • Elevators , belt conveyors , air slides

Cost Control:

  • Plan, Monitor & Control cost as per budget in Cement Mill maintenance activities in order to optimize maintenance costs.

System Management:

  • Coordinate, organize & monitor effective implementation of IMS and other systems for improvement of productivity and creating safe work culture), SAP . RCFA,

Safety :

  • Ensure 100% safety at workplace. WTI, Safety Observation , Safety standard knowledge and keen to implement
