Job Description

Job profile requirements for IT Coordinator :

  • Development / Implementation / MIS Technical / Functional ERP and other Systems / Hardware & Software issues/ Handling Server room.
    Knowledge of SQL / PL /SQL
    – Tables, views, procedure, functions, packages, cursor, triggers, data types, sequences and synonym.
    – Exp. in Oracle Forms, Reports development will be added advantage
  • Oracle Apps ERP Functional overall knowledge and experience preferred.
    – Modules like Manufacturing, SCM required
  • Knowledge of organization structure / Flow of EBS-Oracle / ERP Application
  • Good understanding of Inventory management, WIP and Supply Chain Planning Management.
  • Functional knowledge of ERP modules – INV, OM, AR.PO, AP, WIP, BOM, Oracle Alerts
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems, System administration and troubleshooting IT issues.
  • Prepare daily Activity report
  • Daily MIS, ensuring 100% uptime od all the IT Systems.
  • Handling day to day technical / functional ERP issues reported by end users
  • The role involves working closely with local users and Central IT teams.
  • Resolve and record issues and incidents, raise and manage requests /incidents.
  • Testing implication of new patch application.
  • Monitoring system alerts and acting accordingly.
  • User creation setups, Creation of Responsibilities etc..
