Female Sales Coordinator ( Full-time / Permanent)
Job Description
Female Sales Coordinator responsibilities and duties:
- Maintaining client relations.
- Understanding customer requirements and recommending relevant solutions for the same
- Prepare Quotation for clients and taking follow-up
- Coordinating with the vendor for price and availability of the product.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints regarding the services.
- Building and maintaining a client database.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills.
- Sending introduction email & quotation to clients
- Maintaining customer data time to time (updating customer profile with email id, phone, address etc on CRM).
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Training will be provided.
Education –
Bachelor’s degree Work Environment: Desk-centric; Most job duties are performed in the Business offices
Desired profile of the candidate –
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator (English)
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Working hours – Determined by assigned work group. 8 hrs. per day scheduled workweek; may include weekends.
