Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities of Sales Coordinator

  • Preparing excel sheet on daily basis.
  • To interact with partner/OEM for payment follow-up.
  • To call customer directly for sharing order details and follow-up.
  • Visiting to partner/OEM office once in a week for payment follow-up and submitting documents.
  • To maintain proper office files for the documents and related paperwork.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female fresher(0-1 year exp.) to work as coordinator
  • Open to travel by Metro/Bus/Local transport
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
